GrantBridge AI is operated by Pinnacle Commerce Group, LLC d/b/a GrantBridge AI.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect account information, organization information, Grant Passport information, project details, uploaded documents, application materials, communications, transaction information and technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.
2. Grant Passport Information
Your Grant Passport may contain organization identity, registration identifiers, SAM.gov status, UEI, CAGE information, certifications, financial information, service areas, programs and prior grant experience.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate accounts, maintain your Grant Passport, discover and rank funding opportunities, prepare requested application materials, provide support, prevent abuse and improve GrantBridge.
4. Artificial Intelligence
GrantBridge may use AI systems to analyze grant notices, evaluate potential funding matches, identify missing information and assist with drafting application content.
5. Cookies
GrantBridge currently uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security and session management.
These cookies enable signed-in users to securely access their GrantBridge workspace. We do not currently use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
If optional analytics, advertising or similar technologies are introduced in the future, we will provide appropriate disclosures and consent controls where required.
6. Service Providers
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, security, payments, artificial intelligence and other functions required to operate GrantBridge.
7. Sale of Personal Information
GrantBridge does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
10. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability or certain uses of your personal information.
