Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of GrantBridge AI, including grant discovery, matching, application assistance, document preparation and related services.

2. Independent Service

GrantBridge AI is an independent technology service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Grants.gov, SAM.gov, any government agency or any private grantmaker unless expressly stated.

3. No Guarantee of Funding

GrantBridge may help identify funding opportunities, assess potential fit, organize requirements and prepare application materials. We do not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, funding, award amounts or application outcomes.

4. AI-Assisted Information

Portions of GrantBridge may use artificial intelligence to analyze opportunities, summarize requirements, recommend matches and draft application content.

AI-generated information may contain errors or omissions. Users are responsible for reviewing important information against the original funding notice before submission.

5. User Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information concerning your organization, projects, finances, registrations and qualifications.

You may not knowingly submit false, misleading or fabricated information through GrantBridge.

6. Applications

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving information submitted in your name or on behalf of your organization.

GrantBridge will not represent an application as successfully submitted unless submission has been confirmed by the applicable portal or funding organization.

7. Third-Party Services

GrantBridge may interact with third-party websites and services, including government funding portals, payment providers, email providers and technology providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Paid Services

If GrantBridge offers paid plans, credits or application services, applicable pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use GrantBridge to commit fraud, misrepresent eligibility, violate applicable law, interfere with the service or gain unauthorized access to systems or information.

10. Disclaimer

GrantBridge provides technology and administrative assistance and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Commerce Group, LLC and GrantBridge AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost funding opportunities or decisions made by third-party grantmakers.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as GrantBridge evolves. The effective date above will identify the current version.
